Attitudes and self-belief

From BluWiki

I BELIEVE IN ME

The second key is to have a positive belief in yourself and your ability to learn. This isn't as easy as it sounds - why else are there thousands of books in bookstores dealing with this area? It seems that since we were ver little our parents, relatives and friends all cared about us so much that they taught us the habit of..."don't try it, you might fail, get hurt, miss, etc, etc". So much good advice to saive us from failing or getting hurt either physically or emotionally. The problem is that it becomes a habit and we end up struggling to believe in ourselves or our abilities.
