Right now, we're very new, so we have little structure. But we need to build this now, and not wait until it's too late.

At present, the hierarchy of power at BluWiki consists essentially of User:Sam Odio. Sam pays for BluWiki from his own pocket and holds all authority. He has indicated a wish to broaden this singular structure.
