    • Cognitive dissonance (Post purchase doubt about the wisdom of the choice)
      • Cognitive dissonance may generate:
        • Exits, returns product
        • Rationalizes and establishes "cognitive overlap" - determining all products are the same
        • Voice (contact management with complain or complimednt)
        • Loyalty
