Cameron Nemo

History

Cameron Nemo was under the impression that he was the sole inhabitant of a dimension called Limbo. However, really it was Mephisto's prison for him: he was punished for some long forgotten misdeed by neither seeing anyone or being seen by anyone. Until Elisa’s arrival he had existed in solitude. Ghost mysteriously appeared there one day as a child.

Elisa Cameron was born with the ability to jump space into an alternate dimension, the result of a genetic nano-virus inadvertently unleashed by Vortex back in the 1940’s. The sole inhabitant of this dimension was the entity Cameron Nemo, who until Elisa’s arrival had existed in solitude. Delighted to have a companion, he shaped the dimension in Elisa’s image, creating an idyllic playground for them both. As she grew, he changed to match her development, and for a long time they were close playmates. However, as Elisa aged her life became darker, and this was reflected in the landscape of Nemo’s dimension, which changed from beautiful to nightmarish. Nemo, obsessed with the need for her companionship, convinced himself he was in love with her, and he grew resentful as her visits became less and less frequent. When she finally rejected him outright, he became consumed with hatred. He populated his world with demons of his own making, and Elisa suppressed her memories of his existence.

Every time Elisa teleported to the dimension, it allowed him a way out. A way to punish her. Every time he is allowed out of the dimension, he makes sure to kill someone important to Elisa. So far his list includes her parents, foster parents, sister, lover, and several friends.

Powers

Quantum Reality Manipulation: He can only manipulate dense forms (phased beings have some level of resistance); formerly he needed to be close enough to touch the "cosmic filaments" things were composed of. Ability to manipulate reality itself. Practically omnipotent reality warping powers on a potentially infinite level. His abilities are so great that he can create “pocket” universes in alternate realities.

• Molecular Manipulation: Ability to rearrange the molecular structure of matter, even up to a cosmic scale.

Limbo Master: While in the pocket dimension in Limbo that Nemo calls home, he can control absolutely anything about it and anyone who wanders into his field of control. Although Nemo is well aware that there are others in Limbo and others more powerful than he, so he chooses to only inflict his "hell" over a certain portion of the dimension.

Killing Spree: Ghost can jump through her own personal hell to other areas. She can store souls and psyches inside her hell dimension for safe keeping. However, every time she opens up a portal to the dimension she unleashes Nemo. He wears a glowing devil mask and kills anyone and anything that means anything to Ghost before returning to the dimension. The dimension seems to be a replication of Limbo that Ghost has placed inside her mind.

Hell Gate Jumping: Can teleport through space and time via a hell gate, but only when Elisa teleports as well.

Reality manipulation: Nemo uses his powers to inflict any sort of pain from Poor to Monstrous on others. He tries to kill in horrible ways and control as many people as possible while tormenting Elisa.

Telepathy: Nemo can inflict his reality warping powers on a victim as well as their mind while in Limbo, making them totally believe whatever he shows them. Unearthly.
