Info: War with the Cubans and Haitians all began back in the early seventies after a dozen boats full of Refugees came in. Umberto, along with some friends of his, formed a gang of Cubans, as an identity, and so any Cuban always had someone watching their back. Eventually the Haitians had some territory feuds with the Cubans and ever since then, these two gangs have been worst enemies with each other. Cuban territory has recently been on a lock up from Haitians. Last week apparently, some Cuban threw some explosives that took out a cavalry of six Haitian Voodoos. Don’t mess with the Cubans.
