Creation Et All/All-Seeing Eye

Needing a new secret police and source of intelligence on the Realm after the Magistrates had become part of the judicial system, the Empress formed the All-Seeing Eye. It is the only branch of the Imperial Service that has stayed truest to its chartered purpose (to learn what the Realm's enemies are thinking, destroy those enemies which cannot be fought in conventional means and suppress any potential rebellions against the Empress.

The All-Seeing Eye was organized and controlled by the few surviving elders of House Iselsi, in coordination with Treasurer Bal Keraz. Its budget, missions and long-term programs were approved directly by the Empress. Its missions include surveillance opperations (in both the Realm and the Threshold, they could plan and inact asassinations of both corrept officials and foreigh princes and it also organized the Wyld Hunt.

Ever since the disappearance of the Empress, the Eye has reported directly to Bal Keraz and the Deliberative.
