Can someone address how we are all supposet to meet up and find one another Saturday evening? Should one person broadcast a text message, or will cellphone madness ensue?

[edit] Update: We're meeting after the conference at the building exit closest to the auditorium (facing main Harvard campus & Cambridge St. bridge - you're welcom to come, even if you're not on the list.
