This is famous fast food place in the north side of the city. Here you can come with a group of friends and enjoy of Great Arabic food, specially Lebanese, while spending a great time in this comfortable and pleasant site.

History

This place was opened in 2004. It�s owner is Louis Najjar, a Lebanese who has lived in Ecuador for many years. The idea of opening this restaurant, was because people in Guayaquil city could come to a place where they would enjoy of real Lebanese food. The owner says that it was particularly difficult since there were already many places which call themselves Lebanese, but they only offered two or three dishes. Thses dishes were mostly Shawarma and Quipes. But with time he realized that people actually liked to have a place where they could have a variety of Arabic food.

Location

It is located on the north side of the city. Its exact address is : �Urdesa; Avenida Victor Emilio Estrada # 103 y Todos los Santos". It is in front of the Roman Catholic Church �La Redonda.� This is a very populated sector of Guayaquil city, where thousands people pass every day, and may come in and grab a bite since the main idea of this business is that the food is ready as a fast food Arabic place.

Food

In �EL ARABITO� you may enjoy of well prepared Lebanese dishes. Their food is prepared with imported products that come direct from Lebanon and other places around the world. They offer a great variety of dishes, from a simple Shawarma, Humus or a Quipe, to a difficult dishe to prepare, such as Greap Leaves, Kebeb, and many others. They use original recipies, brought directly from lebanon by his owner, Louis Najjar.

�I think that this is great place to spend with my friends every time I can. I always enjoy having a Pipa Arabe, which has flavors and is like smoking a cigarette but has no damages to your body. I also enjoy having arabic dishes since my family is from Lebanon. This makes me remember the food that my grand mother used to prepare for me.�
