El Chalan

From BluWiki

Chalan.jpg

Well known for its delicious Peruvian food, El Chalan Restaurant offers an extended menu that includes a variety of delicious seafood dishes and meats with the typical spicy ingredient that can`t be excluded in Peruvian food plates.

El Chalan Restaurant as an international franchise with restaurants at Peru, Chile, Ecuador and the United States is not a fancy place but definitely is not casual either, it has a great atmosphere with a very nice wooded decoration. Youll find plates within eight and fifteen dollars and a lot of parking spaces due to its location.

In my opinion one of the best places where Ive ever eaten!

HISTORY

But what does the Peruvian Paso Horse has to do with El Chalan?

El Chalan refers to the Peruvian Paso Horse rider/trainer and it's also the place were you can have the best peruvian and seafood ever!

For that reason, it is impossible to talk about El Chalan Restaurant without talking about Peruvian Paso Horse which is for certain one of the best riding horses breed because of its smooth ride.

The arrival of the Spanish horses for Perus conquest was the start of the evolution of a powerful and beautiful horse. The classic Andalusian horse(Spanish horse) due to hundred years of Perus envioromental conditions and geographical variety influence evolved into a harmonious, gentle and elegant horse.

The Peruvian Paso Horse projects an image of high energy, strength, stamina, grace and beauty. His muscling is well developed without exaggerations, giving him a refined appearance.

Most of the breeders are located within the Peruvian cities of Trujillo, Paijan, Laredo, Piura and Pacasmayo, but Peruvian Paso Horses are almost everywhere because of their amazing unique characteristics. In Ecuador we have a great population of Peruvian Paso Horses and were well known for having excellent breeders.
