The "El Marinero" restaurant was created with the goal of offering their clients the best food and service. It was founded 6 years ago. It has two locals one in Salinas and another in Guayaquil. It one of the best places you can choose if you are looking for a variety of seafood and not expensive, this cheap and good and is specialized in seafood. The restaurant offers very high quality employees offering their clients a very comfortable and enjoyable time while eating at "El Marinero".
Environment
It counts with 10 tables for 4 people each one. It offers a very good service because it counts with 4 principal waitresses who received the orders from the clients, two assistant waitresses who are in charge of keeping everything need and clean and help the principal waitress if needed. In the kitchen it have 2 main chefs how are in charge of cooking all the different dishes, 2 assistants chefs, who are in charge of doing everything that the chef orders them to do, and 4 people that are in charge of cleaning the dishes.
Menu
"El Marinero" offers a very diverse menu; it goes from seafood to meat and even chicken. It also offers breakfasts, appetizers; we can say that this restaurant offers every kind of dish for every kind of taste. Its prices go from $3 to $6 each averagely.
We can find three main dishes that this restaurant offers its clients:

2) Seafood Soup: Also, a traditional dish that is the same as the Arroz Marinero, because it comes with all the seafood and it also comes with a crab on the top, but the only difference is that it doesn�t come with vegetables and it is a soup.
3) Humitas: These can be considering as appetizer. They are made out of corn, cheese, and butter, and are a very good appetizer that comes foiled in the paper of the corn.
All the things like food and almost everything is bought on a weekly basis so that the food will be always fresh to satisfy all their clients. Some part is bought in the Mercado, and another part is bough on the supermarket.
The restaurant also counts with their own suppliers that supply them with fish, shrimps, and all other kinds of seafood.
