Background, news & additional project information
UNDP-APDIP International Open Source Network supports and provides information for open source software, open standards and initiatives. See their FOSS general primer, available here in Vietnamese. At FOSS.vn more info about the community and participation of women in Vietnam is available. FOSSASIA is the top community event in Vietnam and one of the biggest FOSS events in Asia organized in cooperation with Quang Trung Software Park and the HCM city government.
