Ghorroj

History

Ghorroj joined GaiaOnline on March 19th 2005. He has since taken to disappearing and reappearing at irregular intervals, oft quoting a dodgy internet connection. The truth could be far more esoteric, and likely stems from writer's block, alien abduction and a sudden, inexplicable urge to 'acquire a life'. Occasionally, he asks where he can download a 'life' from, and asks about current pricing.

He is a member of the Literate Roleplaying Guild and the DC & Marvel Guild. Both memberships have been acquired through his writing abilities, though it remains to be seen whether this ability is consistently expressed. He enjoys webcomics, the more surreal the better, and frequently references them in conversation when he is absolutely certain that no-one will get the joke.

Occasionally he is surprised.

Ghorroj dislikes talking about himself much, and prefers to keep things private. He often lies about his exact location with reference to other members of the Guild, and blames this on a faulty memory. This is a fairly transparent ruse, designed more to amuse than alienate. He has hinted, however, that the place where he resides gets no snow. On different sites that he frequents, he is usually represented by a picture of a blue-furred werewolf.

Enemies

Ghorroj's enemies include pickled gherkins, tomatoes and people who ask personal questions. The latter are generally deflected with a series of non-serious answers, or 'lies', which are made obvious by later, often contradictory, statements. The former are deflected by running and screaming.

His Grand Nemesis, Time, has not been available for comment, but it is believed that Ghorroj has not yet found a way to deflect it. Running and screaming, it appears, only works upon physical entities and not philosophical concepts.

Powers

If Running and Screaming was a superpower, this is the one that Ghorroj would undoubtedly have been born with. Unfortunately, he is not able to perform either action with superhuman prowess, and thus has reluctantly concluded that he has no superpowers.
