Start with the yarn in back. Insert the left hand needle into the stitch in the same direction the right hand needle is in the stitch.

Wrap the yarn so that it come forward, under the needle, wraps around it from bottom to top, and then goes back to the back of the work over the top of the needle.

Pull the new loop through.

Pop the old loop off.
