Flenceburg
A moderate sized city. It is nestled in the Stonespike Mountains. The architecture is like old European. It is home to two places of higher learning. The Flenceburg Academy of Wizardry and the College of Nobius. The population fluctuates when the school year starts but it averages 50% Human, 30% Gnome, 20% Elves, and 10% Other. In addition to the study of general arcane magic the city of Flenceburg is a place to start the road to greater Prestige. Most Loremasters in this part of the world started their learning in Flenceburg. Also, a large number of Domain Wizards in existence are graduates of the Academy.

...it most likely would be located southeast of Orussus at least 350 miles or more. Possibly isolated from some of the other regions.
