(89 FS - ) Corpulent patriarch of the Figaro family, Louis has lived in excess since his childhood. Despite his boorish manners, constantly indulging in food and women, he always seems to come out ahead of his rivals. His family enjoyed the lion's share of Altair, and, after their secession they fared the best of the five families. Following the Fire Legion's defeat, they were awarded their own nation-state in the Treaty of Altair, and Louis sits at their helm in Port Rameau.

He did not achieve such prominence by accident. Taking advantage of his noble birth, Louis is far more cunning than his appearance would indicate. His ruthless nature has kept him in power. He appeared alongside Edgard Benton at the summit for the Treaty of Altair. Later, he had a run-in with Ceralin de Roisin, who tried to convince him to remove her father from Edgard's blacklist. The rendezvous went sour, however, and he has now sworn vengence on the lady knight.
