Minra Cesa

Minra Cesa is an ancient civilization of Valgris / the MFW. The current descendants of the dead civilization are the Water Mages, such as Kolian, Reimie, Aurestos, and the Deep. The civilization began in Valgris when 93 mages of a planet in its apocalypse fled their world. The Deep and Seiya are both related to this event.
