STEP 2: SET YOUR GOALS
There are many ways of setting goals, ranging from the whole-of-life, 25year goals, etc to the setting of a goal to do today. Techniques include making goals using the SMART process where the goal has to be specific, can be measured, attained, realistic, and has a time or date. Whatever process you use or method, the one thing to remember is that YOU decide! Don't just blindly follow someone else's program, but adjust it to yourself.
