I find the best surface to sleep is on a bed and a pillow. Also I find very cold temperature to sleep in, because you get to cuddle yourself together and just get comfortable and sleep.If you are a belly sleeper you should try to place a pillow under your and not under your head.

Tips To how to Sleep Well
I think the best way to sleep is to close you eyes forget about everything else and think something you like to do in your head.If not sleep in a position that you are comfortable to but if you body is not place some places where it isn�t.Also sleep only when you are sleepy because this reduces the time you are awake in your bed. Another tip is relax before you go to sleep. Like take a hot bath 90 minutes before you sleep or do anything that makes you relax. Also get a little snack before you go to sleep because an empty stomach can ruin your sleep.To sleep better you shouldn�t take naps but if u can�t stop it take at least a 1 hour sleep before 3 p.m.

Since you�re a teen you would want to sleep later in the night. Which is not good for you because study shows that a teen needs about 8 � to 9 hours of sleep because of your busy schedule. Sleeping is important because if you don�t sleep you won�t do better at school and at you athletic abilities. Also sleep deficit impacts everything from a person�s mood. Lack of sleep lead to depression and feeling of sadness.
