"t is imposible to talk about El Chalan Restaurant without talking about Peruvian Paso Horses" - WHY? Say so earlier in the intro. Talk less about the horse and more about why people should eat at the restaurant. You should probably say approximate cost of an entree and the kind of atmosphere they have.
I suggest you move the location part into the main body of the article. Perhaps even include a picture of the restaurant's outside and inside.
Also, how did things taste? Have you even eaten there? Does it offer delivery service? Remember, you're writing an article, almost a review, not reproducing the menu.
