I don't think that platoons or squadrons were used in medievil times for counting men (I use the old Roman form myself, specificly I have counted men by Centiuria or something, groups of one hundred men) you can find all the Roman forms on Wikipedia. Excuse me if my formatting is off sometimes, I'm used to Wikipedia syntax. --Merlin 22:58, 1 April 2007 (EDT)
