BackgroundA communications device used by the Exiles. A Tallus is a communications device, used by the Timebreakers to communicate with their groups of dimension-hoppers Exiles and Weapon X. It is usually worn by the leader of the group. Only the wearer of the Tallus can communicate using it. Tallus communication is usually vocal, but it can also be used to manifest holographic projections which can be seen by the wearer. The Tallus was shown to be somewhat bound to its wearer. If someone rips the arm off the person wearing it, it will reappear on another limb.
AppearanceThe Tallus usually appears as a medieval looking piece of jewelry, almost like a gauntlet. It is gold with a giant red jewel. When X-23 wore it, it appeared to be part of the Witchblade apparatus, and silvery in color.
Roleplaying StatisticsMade of Unearthly material. Enables the wearer to teleport the group back to the Crystal Palace when the mission is complete. Enables wearer to communicate with Timebroker at the Crystal Palace. |
