Purpose
MediaWiki already includes a wiki markup form for creating definition list items; however, it is "vanilla", a straight implementation of the HTML version. {{defl}} improves on this by bulletting and bolding each item. Also, the item will be turned into a link.
Obviously, this markup can be used for things which are, strictly speaking, not definitions.

Usage
{{defl|item|definition}}
Each appearance of this template will be preceeded by a bullet ("•"). The parameter item will be bolded and linked; the parameter definition will be placed on the next line and indented. Both parameters are required.
