The Amazing Race Singapore Season 4 is the fourth installment of the The Amazing Race Singapore. The Amazing Race Singapore Season 4 features eight teams of two in a race around Singapore.
It is part of the "Titanic Book" Collection. This book won the Best Sequel TBC Awards 2006.

- Red means the team was eliminated.
- Purple means the team was the last to arrive at a pit stop in a non-elimination leg of the race and was thus "marked for elimination," meaning that if that team did not place first on the next leg, they would receive a 30 minute penalty. Contrary to prior seasons, they were neither stripped of their possessions nor money and they were able to receive money on the next leg.
- Green means the team won the Fast Forward clue.
- Matching colors of + symbols indicate teams who worked together during part of the leg as a result of the Intersection clue.
- A yellow > means that team chose to use the Yield; < indicates the team who received it;<> indicates a leg where the Yield was available but not used.
^These teams were given a 4-hour penalty for quitting the Roadblock task.
�This leg is a double-elimination point. Team 6 was eliminated in the middle of the leg while Team 1 was eliminated at the Pit Stop.

Unless otherwise noted, prizes were awarded to the first team to check in for each leg.
Leg 1 - S$10,000.
Leg 2 - 8 movie tickets for the movie Spider-Man 3 at GV VivoCity.
Leg 3 - Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman Phone with accessories.
Leg 4 - Xbox 360 Premium Package with 5 Xbox 360 games.
Leg 5 - Windows Vista Ultimate.
Leg 6 - S$1,000,000.
Special - S$100 worth of Adidas Voucher (This prize was given to the team who has the Golden Adidas Logo that was located in the envelope given by the casheir of the Adidas Store located in CityLink Mall at the end of the race).

The first Detour was To Get Healthy or To Get Fit. In To Get Healthy, teams had to go to the vegetable plot located in Bishan Park 2 and each team member must eat 1kg of fresh organic lettuce. In To Get Fit, teams had to travel longer to go to the multi-purpose field and each team member must successfully score 5 goals into the goal post using the penalty shoot-out way.
@ The Teams must swim across the pool to Ang Peng Siong to receive their next clue.

The Roadblock was to put out a huge household fire in a open field.

This leg's Roadblock required a team member to dig in a marked area of sand on the beach for a small wooden surfboard token hidden up to 40cm beneath the sand.

The first Roadblock of this leg was to find 8 huts. The second Roadblock of this leg was to eat eight plates of Mee siam. The Detour was Search For It or Sit Back and Relax. In Search For It, teams will have to search for the marked stall along New Bugis Street and eat 10 seeds of the durian. In Sit Back and Relax, teams will have to watch a short video in the Drama Theatre located in the library and answer 10 questions related to the video.
@ The teams must ride on the DHL Balloon to find the marked building, the National Library.

For the Roadblock, one team member had to eat ten bowls of Tau Suan. The Detour in this leg was Rap This or Sell That. In Rap This, teams had to go to the St. James Power Station and find a marked bar. Once they found it, those teams will have to write a rap about their race around Singapore and they will have to rap it to receive their next clue. In Sell That, teams had to go to Giant store located in VivoMart and sell 40 Nutella Hazelnut Spread.

In the first Roadblock of this leg, one team member had to walk to the mouth of the Merlion and that team member will have to abseil down the Merlion. In the last Detour of the race, teams had to choose between Physical Climb or Human Search. In Physical Search, they had to go to Imbiah Falls and rock-climb up the fall. In Human Search, teams had to go inside Sentosa 4D Magix and search the whole theatre for their next clue while the movie, Pirates 4D, is playing. In the second and last Roadblock of the race, one of the team member must run up the marked stairs to the top of the building and that team member must then abseil down the building.
@ The teams will have to ride on the sky tower's observation deck and find the marked building.
@ The teams must serach the whole island for the departure times and their next clue.
@ Before the teams can proceed to the finish line, the teams must find the marked store, the Adidas store, and collect an envelope from the cashier.
