Artifacts constatation

The rare dig time no longer allows you to dig minor gordos.

I heard anything that can give planets, other artifacts, or turns need assimilated base and organic base (which seemingly can't be fused); this is therefore what really limits you in fusing anything really cool. Both bases are found at 8:30 to 9:00 server time only and can't be fused from other artifacts.

The quickest way to help with digs is luck artifacts, which (apparently) only differ by how long they give you luck. Once you're rich use a minister with the excavator trait on a small system (an Orion if you have one).

There is a limit of 9999 per artifact kind.
