Biography on Superman

Do you think you know everything about The Man of Steel? Chances are, you don�t. Mild mannered Clark Kent becomes Clark SUPERMAN in the nick of time. That�s why I created this page.

The mysterious man of Krypton was sent to Earth because his father noticed that there was something that would eventually blow up the planet. When he crashed landed in a field outside the Kent�s house, they named him Clark and raised him as their own son. As he grew older, Clark began looking more and more like the Superman we know today. At 18, he learned of his true �birth� (He was shown the ship he flew in on). Basically, he doesn�t do it for the glory, he does it because he believes in the values taught to him by his foster parents.

His Powers

Superman never needs to eat because he acts like a plant and gets his energy from the sun through photosynthesis. Even with this power, Superman isn�t indestructible, though his power is quite great. He can also hear sounds way too faint for normal people to hear in normal life. His �telescopic vision� helps him see the robbers or bad guys far away. He also has �x-ray vision� so he would be able to see robbers in the act of, well robbing. His final vision is heat vision, so he can cook his food by looking at it. His most famous power is to fly. He does this through force of will. Also, have you noticed that he gets hit with a ton of heavy stuff, but doesn�t get hurt? The End of Superman

Amazingly enough, Superman did die eventually during a confrontation with Doomsday, an advanced alien life form trapped within Earth. However, many a dream was rejuvenated when a hybrid of advanced Kryptonian medicine and a near death experience by his father brought him back to life. Superman has been the ultimate role model to many a person and I still see him as a role model in a couple of years and in comic books, movies, action figures and books.
