The United Interquantum Highway System is a constructed system of hyperspace portals that connect to planet to planet and universe to universe that extends from the borders of the Solterran Alliance. These gateways are vital to the economy of the nation and to other corresponding worlds outside of the Prime Universe. They are also vital for emergency evacuation of planets and instant transfer of military vessels the same way the U.S. Interstate System was made for.

Deveoped under President Devon and a chief panel of hyperspace development experts they have finally managed a way to develop the system to have in-between gateways to transfer to other routes known as "Rampgates". Teh System is also defensive in case of war when any abuse such as an enemy fleet using the gates, the control center can close the gates closing them in hyperspace.
