The Neocasidian Dominion is a newly formed nation that as composed of the felinic beings originating from the Great Wide Universe through an exodus. The Neocasidian race is equal in species from the Casids of the Great Wide Universe but totally different in magics and ideologies one of which is the end of the slaughter of weaker or “defective” cubs at birth in ideological terms. Extra-Dimensional intervention was involved into the successful exodus of over 550,000 casids of multiple species variants to a planet within the Alliance’s Centauri System after 24 years under their jurisdiction they became independent and soon expanded to other planets in the system forming a strong interplanetary nation that holds on to their culture while adapting to the new world.

History

The history of the neocasidian race is mostly vague by historical references but as far as anyone can tell, their arrival to the Prime Universe was a pre-determined plan between Interrealm during its early days and the prides of their race within the Leonus Dominion. The first attempt was denied by presidential order for reasons of non-interference and fears of hurting first-time interdimensional relations. When the new president of the alliance came in he has authorized the exodus.

Upon their arrival to the new unnamed world in the Centauri System they are given care and services until they can run on their own. Years of development and interest into the new world lead to reforms and congressional hearings that lead to the road to independence. Finally ten years later, the Neocasidian people finally gained their independence from the Alliance.

Economy

Some of the old world traditions are still with the neocasiidians but they are quickly getting adjusted to the use of different methods of currency one of them is mostly the use of gold in relation of exchange and trade value.

Strengthening the Weak

It’s one of the many most defining reasons for the Neocasids to leave; for many years the ways of the old government has an unparalleled thirst for power and intolerance for the weak or defective if a newborn cub was to fall into those categories it would mean certain death. Now in the new world they have developed ways of how to strengthen the weak and fix the defective because they respect the perseverance of life and the model of the role of the protector.

Social

The neocasiids do carry around the defining covered “nudity” under the thin clothing and battle garbs that they wear. Their culture is a fascination of what life is like from a parallel dimension while adapting to other cultures as well. Radical changes shaped the natural way of life that is ancient yet hyper advanced. Some of the defective cubs are hermaphrodites in which they are revered among the normal species for they have the ability to bear both sexes the constant mating between two herms would eventually lead to the creation of a full herm that is capable of such things.

Military

In the years after the development of the people after their independence, The Alliance showed them as sense of trust by giving them their own defenses, space naval and terrestrial forces as well. The peoples of the Dominion have created their own special forces that scout out in different planets they act as protectors to the Queen Regent and special security for the rest of the people’s affairs in the dominion, they are the High Guards. Highly skilled in defensive arts these skilled warriors are the best defense that represents their people.

Political

They mostly didn’t want a government that is under the control of a king or single ruling power anymore but need the leadership of one person while a council can take care of the everyday affairs. So the council monarchy system is created where a council of twelve elders led by a queen regent (mostly like a royal president) to represent the entire nation as a whole.

International Relations

Solterran Alliance

[Diplomatic/Trade] - The relations between the Solterrans and them are easier from the start and but culture shocks and some past backlash has made hesitant relations with the humans and dragons of the supernation.

The Atlantians

[Diplomatic] - They have a similar relation with the Atlantian characteristic of knowledge and basic understanding; cultural relations are at an all time high to prevent future culture shocks.

The Ulnae Federation

The ultra advanced Ulnae aren’t the only ones reaching out to other worlds to help rebuild their empire after years of overdevelopment. They came to them for need of their technologies and sciences in medicine to the populations that were affected by new diseases that even their technologies couldn’t be able to cure. In exchange they gave them their knowledge that helps further transform their planet and help in their expansion of their borders.
