Fred von Lohmann of the EFF has contacted me to coordinate a response. The EFF is a non-profit organization that protects free speech online. I believe he is considering representing BluWiki (and possibly you as well) in any potential litigation against Apple. I would strongly encourage you to contact him. Everything you say to him is protected under the Attorney-client privilege, and is therefore completely confidential.

Even if you're not looking to defend yourself in court a conversation with him will help coordinate BluWiki's defense against any potential litigation.
