Regarding Arduri's membership in the ISPF, you're welcome to have him be a ISPF hunter, or a recognized freelance - just remember the view regarding non-ISPF hunters that is indoctrinated into those of the ISPF. Think about how that would play into what jobs he'd take, how he'd act around other hunters, and how other hunters would act with him.
