�Yogurt Persa� is very famous in Guayaquil. Every tourist that arrive to Ecuador know that Yogurt Persa is the best because they see a lot of locals. The attention at the restaurant is very nice and cozy; the employees give a good service to their clients.
Food
The food that they serve is very rich in nutrients. Their specialty is to serve frozen yogurt with any fruit that the client wants. The flavors that you can find are: pineapple, guanabana, banana, blueberry , strawberry, mango, mora, peach, �naranjilla� and guallaba. The second thing that �Yogurt Persa� serve the most, is yucca bread that in Spanish is �pan de yuca�. It�s fresh and tastes terrific. They also have and sell their own milk brand. �KABAB PERSA� is a hamburger that customers always order at all the locals. They also sell pizza, fresh yogurt, chicken, hot dogs, sandwiches, hamburgers and fries.
History
The history of �Yogurt Persa� is very complex. The story tells that in the old Persia the inhabitants passed through bad dehydrations because the temperature was very hot. They also couldn't produce milk. Years later the Persians found a solution. The formula consisted in the fermentation of the milk, with that they made a drink rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It is a healthy, refreshing and delicious drink that they called �AIRAN; which is the drink that we all had heard about�Yogurt Persa�.
Our country (Ecuador) waited until 1981 to taste the super yogurt, which was an incredible discovery from the Persians Mansouri's brothers that made a big journey through Europe and American. When arrived to Ecuador they loved it. The first restaurant that he created was in Guayaquil in a popular neighborhood call �El BARRIO DEL ASTILLERO�. In those days they offer the consumer �una nueva forma de comer�, a new way of eating. Chile and Portete Avenue was the best place for Guayaquil�s persons to eat and soon it became the famous first yogurt franchise on of the Mansouri brothers opened a new restaurant. �Pedro Carbo y 10 de agosto� from that time �Yogurt Persa� Company started to grow in a good way thanks to the clientele that this Fast Food Chain company had, until ending managing fifteen food locals.
�Yogurt Persa� founder's vision has allowed to intrude in two business intimately related with the (PERSIAN YOGURT FRANCHISING CORPORATION) and the recent installation of their new plant of milk. That will allow Ecuadorians to have a little food business.
